Detailed: '04 Lexus LS430
A friend of my dads got a jobing working in Irvine so he wanted to sell the LExus and get something that got alittle bit better gas mileage. He asked me to just clean it up, nothing to special. He dropped it off SUnday, October 14 and he picked it up saturday night, october 20. He was really in no hurry to pick it up. So here are the pics. I really didnt get that many before shots since it was silver, kinda hard to get.

In spite of all the jokesters above who apparently can't grasp the nature of a loss like this .... I found your pictures stunning.
At first I had a predictable reaction: Wtf? A Lexus detailing thread??!! That led me to check it out and I was floored by it. You really brought the devastation of the fires home.
I grew up in the Bay Area, but lived in San Diego nine years and it really became my adopted hometown. I've been in Poway and RSB many times over. My heart goes out to those who have suffered devastation like this.

When I saw that second set of pictures I said "What the fu**?!?!?".
I could not believe it at first. That really is terrible. Very nice detail job. At least theres pictures of the car when it was all nice and pretty.
And damn, those fires were burnin good. The wheels were completely melted!
