Had a '96 silver 5 speed V-6 camaro forever, put like 140K on that thing and loved it. Actual first car was my '88 T/A though, bone stock and 100K on it when I got it. Was right at like $1,500. 305 and an auto, it was pretty slow. It's my weekend drag car now though, so it's all good. Here's a picture of it back when I drove it on the street, and it and my bro's car now.

here is the 95 3.8:
then I had an upgrade:
Here is newer pics with the new wheels:
I was mad I didnt take any final pics before I put it away for the winter because there was a bunch done in between now and those pictures like full exhaust, new grill, molding delete, etc. I wanted to make sure I bought a full stock Z28 so that I could make it my own. I now use the V6 as a winter vehicle. It is nice being able to still drive a camaro in the winter and If I need parts for the Z, I have the 95 to go to first. My brother is eventually getting the 95 but it is cool because me and him have been working on it more now, then I did when it was my only ride (I was broke then). We cut off the cat, threw my stock exhaust from my Z28 onto it, had it welded up, along with a CAI. Drives a lot better now.
I made the mistake of buying a GTP (pic below) after the V6, had it for a few months, then realized I missed the camaro way too much and had to go back so I sold it and drove the V6 until I found the silver Z. Now I know I can never drive anything else (until I have kids and then I want the Trailblazer SS).
