leather on steering wheel is scraped

leather on steering wheel is scraped whoever had the car before me scraped the leather on the steering wheel in 2 or 3 places, makes it really rough and looks terrible... is there something I can do to fix it, or does someone know where(and how) I could get a replacement?

I've had problems with the leather peeling off in a couple of small spots. Usually those things don't appear to be too fixable. The only thing I've seen so far have been leather steering wheel covers from Afterthoughts Auto.

No way to really fix it. You have (3) options:
Find a used wheel for sale in good shape
Use the AfterThoughts Auto Steering Wheel Cover (least expensive but PITA to install)
Have your wheel recovered by American Stitches (most expensive but you can have it done in any type leather, multi colors, added padding)
