Default Removing the cloth/leather part of a door panel without destroying it.

Well like the title says Im trying to remove the leather part of my door panels to install them in another set of door panels because the plastic part of my leather panels is damaged. but Im worried about tearing up leather insert. Do they clip on, glue on or something else? Please help me out here. Thanks
