Default For those with Export Tails

I'm assuming the 4th small socket on the 97+ tails is not essential. Is it just to light up the whole length of the light when the lights are on?

What did you do with it when you put the exports in - take the bulb out and tape the socket? Thanks for your help.

yup. take the bulb out and the empty socket will fit behind the tail light out of the way. you have to work on its positioning a little...but you'll see

Yeah, it's just to light up the outer sides of the light when the parking lights are on. Just pull the bulb and tape it up. With a little persuasion you can fit the stock sockets into the export lights without any trimming.
