i have a 98 Trans Am that has a OEM WS6 hood right now. i was wondering if there was anybody sells or custom makes a hood that is any taller? i have installed a victor JR intake and custom elbow and need about 2 more inches to be able to shut the hood. i might be able to cut the under side of my hood but dont want to ruin this hood. let me know if i am screwed or if there is anything out there. thanks

I have a U.S Exotics Outlaw hood. The under side is just like stock so you won't get any extra clearance that way. If you cut the bottom side up, you probably could. Its an awesome hood!
