So I know the process for removing the factory grille is fairly easy; or so I thought. Had my car on a lift to remove it via access underneath; obviously there is something I do not know. I couldn't figure out how to take of the top restraints; I got the bottom ones but couldn't figure out the top ones. Do I need to remove the entire front clip or is there a sneaky way to squeeze one's hand in there?

Also, the factory s-foam (or whatever the heck it is) inside the two pockets; can this be removed completely or maybe dremeled out? Will either of these options have adverse effects on any other parts???
