Default Fall photoshoot and updates on "Project Flyenlow"

Well Fall/Winter is now in play. Leaves falling yadda yadda...getting cold yadda yadda...Project Flyenlow is coming close to SWAP TIME!

Those of you who don't know(most probably don't) but I'm building a H/C LT1 for my bird. Looking forward to taking the car off the road to start the process. I've got a friend who graciously is going to allow me to drive his Escourt around for the next month and letting me complete my swap.

Anyways, pictures...I detailed the car last Wednesday, putting the first good coat of wax on in the last...6 months and was in Winston Salem for Thanksgiving weekend and had the camera so I snapped a few pictures while she was clean. Lemme know how everyone likes the new wheels and what not. First real shoot since I've had them on the car.

Looks great man. Awesome pics. Are you still thinking of doing the smoked corners?

Well, I actually did. I bought them and put them on the car. They just were too much of a contrast on the front end. I liked the way they matched the wheels, but they were too dark. Eventually I'll get a Ram Air hood and put gunmetal Blackbird stripes down the sides then I'll probably reconsider, but for now they just didn't appease my appetite.

Here's a picture of when I had them on the car:

Pics look good, but try using a portrait mode, rather the landscape to focus more on your car. Or, if you're using manual mode, take the aperture size down a bit and get a focus point on your car.
