Default Pics of my friends 01 vette

some pics of my buddys 01 speedway white vette 6spd.





now heres what happens the rear breaks apart at 50mph breaking the tire off and sending him into trees and flipping the vette 4times









he got hurt but is deff lucky to survive that

Wow, that was a beautiful car. Sucks about the accident. Glad to hear he is alive.

DANG!!! Glad to hear he's alive. If that was caused by them not fixing stuff from the first accident...sue the S$*T out of them!!!!!

Glad to hear he is okay! Was it under his insurance when they didn't repair the rear correctly? Whats with the y2k wheels in the wreck pic and the Z06's in the good one? Surely they weren't salvageable to switch them out?

i think he switched them out before .. because in the second good picture .. they look like c5 wheels

its good to hear hes alive

ive noticed that the inside of the corvettes hold up very well in accidents

they are my ZO6 rims, we just threw them on there for a car show he entered so they werent on at the time of that crash,

I'd have to agree, the inside looks pretty good considering the rest of the car and being flipped several times.

well the sail panel and the rib behind the seats are basically a factory Roll Cage. they are tough and rigid frames on them. the Windsheild post's are also very thick. I think alot has to do with the metals used in the frame. I'm PISSED though because when you said pics and i saw the first 2 i was excited to see a nice white C5 then i got to the 3 and my face did ALL of these >> So sad. i'm glad your friend is ok though. Unless i missed something, WHAT broke in the back? Axle Shaft? ~Cole~
