Default Painted my Fast 90mm intake SOM, what ya think?

Not an expert at all but thought I did an ok job. I still need to give it a good wipe down and get the dust and lint off it from storaging it.

Not quite a perfect match to the cars paint, but it looks good!

I think it looks good to me. Of course I'm color blind so what would I know? But I can tell it doesn't match the car color. But DIY is what its all about.
Does painting these manifolds keep heat in and rob horsepower? Or because the simple fact that heat doesn't really transfer through these manifolds make it to where there is no performance loss. Something I'd like to know.

I used GM 71U som paint so it does match up well with the outside of the car very well just the engine bay paint is different, guess it needs some clearcoat on those shock towers lol. Thanks for the props guys

Looks good! Youd should take apicture in the sun with the hood up, so that we can see the paint on the cars fender, bumper, etc match to the intake

Like he said...the engine bay is a slightly dull version of SOM. I would have painted it the same as fastmatt98, with it matching the exterior.
