Default Finally Got Done With The Whistler Mod
took me all day (11-5) mostly because it didnt want to crack it (even though i did on the back lol) but a little epoxy and its just as good as new and 200 F at 25 just didnt cut it for me and i had to re-heat it

it came out very well -- i took all these pictures with my cell phone so they are not the best of quality

and its starting to get dark out so i only have one finished picture

looks good man. i actually painted the clear part of lense (along the inside rim of the clear lense) too so that its all black

^^ Real easy, just heat it up enough and it will come apart. Mine also took longer that 25min. You can tell when it is ready to come apart..

Looks good. You painted as much as you possibly can. How does that affect lighting?

Looks good. This is the only way i would the ls1 style head lights. I personaly dont think halo's have anything on the whislter style head lights.

The first guy to do it goes by Whistler on this board. His weren't actually black, they were grey, but I guess most people thought they were black.
