Default LT1 fog lights

Ive had a cracked fog light on my 97 Camaro for some time now. Ive looked for a stock replacement, but everywhere I look they want $50 plus and I dont feel like paying that much. Ive looked into the aftermarket and havent realy seen anything I like, mostly because I hate the way most of those look. I prefer the stock look. I found these driving lights today and I think Im gonna order a pair. However I may try to remove the ends to try to keep stock appearance. They should also improve the light output over the stockers. I do a lot of night highway driving and Im gonna do the brights+fog light on mod as well.
Are there any good bulbs that would increase light output?

Looks like the ends are what keeps the lense on? You maybe able to find higher output H3 bulbs to replace the ones that some with it. I've done the high beam/fog light mod. and it doesn't make too much of a difference (maybe 'cos I have weak *** stock replacement bulbs), but hey! it's a free mod!
