non oem reverse light question
here is a few pictures of what i pulled out of my reverse light housings
they are 50 watt halogen bulbs and I cant find replacement bulb for the burnt out one.

I have those in my trans am, mine say they're 55w, they seem to no longer be available at the auto parts, I bought mine with a clearance price, I must admit they produce a lot of light output when backing up!

You can get 55watt Halogen reverse lights at PepBoys. I have them on my car. I don't remember the brand but it comes in a black and yellow "blister" pack (just like other bulbs) in the bulb isle. They haven't burnt up any wiring either since reverse lights are typically on for only 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Since the stock reverse lights are standard incandescent bulbs and these are halogen...think the difference between the front blinker and headlight. Thats the brightness difference of these.

I bought mine over a year ago though. I don't know if its still available, but I do remember that no all locations carried it.
