Default Front end Splitter! new appearance mod!

If you want it, he will build it.

http://ls1gto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=207881

I PMed Mr. Kircher last night and he says if we want it, he will build it. but what is it? its a front end splitter. our cars have a very high nose and a front end splitter would be great to give us lowered guys the aggressive front end we are looking for. Its available for the GTO, but there is a larger crowd of fbodies out there. the gto one is about $140 shipped fyi. here are some pictures:

With support rods

lets see some interest guys, i know i'm not the only one who wants this.

Yea, looks much better with those rods. Interested only because I like the way the DH Camaros have that blended lip on the bumper.

At first I was thinking no, but that actually doesn't look bad. Can someone maybe photoshop this?

I personally have always wanted one of these for my LT1. I would want it to sit out a little further than the GTO's. I'm in if he makes them, especially if he makes them for us LT1 guys!!

id be in, and if you were in cali id give you my car for R&D to build it.

not sure on the rods. without the rods it is not very noticeable. also, not sure how this will effect ground clearance. i dont see it hurting making it any worse.

I think an fbody might look sort of stupid with a traditional thin splitter like that. Maybe if it was a bit thicker it might potentially look better.

I photo-shopped my car lower, but I do have coil-overs up front so I can go lower if I wanted.

I know on the Mach1 Mustangs their front lip's are held on with push pins. You have to drill out about 10 holes, then insert the pins. These pins are the kind with a little pushy part in the middle and when you push them into the surrounding plastic they will expand and form a tight hold. It is probably the same deal for these.
