Default Hey guys who makes aftermarket driving lights that fits in the holes?

MY STOCK LIGHTS SUCK! LOL I basically would like to know what alternatives there are out there that'll fit in the stock foglight holes? I know a company called blazertech makes them for grandprixs and it looks like the same foglights from car to car. I wouldnt mind have a set of daylighters LOL, For those of you who dont know what those are they are made by k.c. and have 2,000,000 candlepower LOL. Anyways some input would be nice. Thanks

Matt

but fog lights aren't really meant for insane candlepower. they're just meant to get you through heavy fog. are you going to set them up to shine along with your high beams for better visibility?

First off, Fog Lights and Driving Lights are (2) different animals. We have Driving Lights - NOT Fog Lights. Fog lights are a yellower color beam with wide dispersion pattern for seeing better in FOG. Driving lights are a white color beam with long distance pattern and not much dispersion for seeing better/further down the road under normal weather conditions.

You could go with HID conversion Kit from LED Gauges as mentioned above (sponsor) >>>>>>>

I used PIAA lights - fit perfectly in opening - you will have to modify factory bracket to make them work (will have to do that with any aftermarket lights).

They have HID's 610 HID Series (35W) that will work:

And regular 510 Series (55W=85W) in Ion Crystal White or Super White Driving:

or 510 SMR Series (55W=110W Xtra Xtreme White) in Fog or Driving:

Of course, with the above (2) - don't order the grille.

If you like that kind of thing - there are also the Angel Eyes Halo DL that you can get at Advanced Auto or WalMart. They are usually 55W with a blue LED halo around the perimeter of the light.

This might be a dumb question but in the fog are you supposed to cut off your headlights and run with just the foglights or run with them all on?

At dusk I frequently drive with only Parking lights and my PIAA DL. At nite I use headlights and DL.

You could get away with driving at nite with only the DL as long as you have aftermarket much brighter DL installed (factory DL suck) but really no reason for it.

So basically, with either fog lights or DL - they are meant to be used in conjunction with your headlights at nite.

Can anyone answer or Direct me to find the answer to the following:
1. My yellow (fog lights) lens are cracked and filthy (oninside) is there a way of opening and cleaning them? Or Can I purchase a replacement cover (if so where would i buy one and how much should it cost), Or do is it an entire assembly that i would have to replace?(and if so how much and where to get it)

2. Okay so I want Blue headlights and/or blue driving lights Or Bright Driving lights and by driving lights i mean the usually clear lights on front of car at the bottom next to the outside of the yellow driving lights ( I don't know what to look for. I'm a noob...so lets help the noob!)

Info: 2002 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyclinder.
