Default are these hid projectors worth the money

ive been looking for a set of projectors for my 01 ss to install hid's into and came across these on ebay,, think they are any good?

ok i wonder if those are good quality because those headlights alone cost $185 ..

and i have read u can buy the H3 HID kit from ledgauges ..and thats $250..

so thats 435 bucks plus shipping and these are selling for 250!

^^^ yeah makes me wonder too how good the HID kit really is.

I saw a $50 HID kit on ebay once as well, screaming "HIGH QUALITY!!!1!!oneone!!" - seems every time an ebay auction does that it really means "this is really crappy"

300 with shipping, i'd be interested in someone picking them up, sides those hid's have a one year warrenty, so wtf no biggie

tried the search, didnt turn up anything about these specific units. whats your feedback on them,, worth the money or should i get an hid kit and install them into some new headlight buckets?

The lights themselves look great. The lights performance is okay. The cut off is not the best. But it is better than running HIDs in the factory housings and blinding oncoming traffic. HIDs do perform better in the projector than the halogen bulb. The primary concern is the brackets. You will have to modify the brackets to be able to aim the lights correctly. There are two good threads showing how to fix the bracket and how to fix the bumper gap. By the way you can find HIDs cheaper than our sponsor. I got mine for $130 with a one year warranty and relay harness. I can't post the name here because they are a non sponsor.

THe projecors are ok, Quality not so much. Look freaking awsome with hids.
Here are mine with 8000k hids in the headlights and fogs. (Micro De Housings)
