Default thoughts on gauge placement?

I took that plastic piece out because it was vibrating like crazy. But right away i decided to cut the back of it off and put my trans gauge in there. here is a few pics. I think i need to cut more plastic away and sink the gauge in deeper. Also take a look at the shifter area. That plastic vibrating was driving me nuts so i fixed it.

sink the gauge a little more and it maybe the pics but it looks kinda crooked to me, also i like what you did with the shifter thats also much easier to clean i bet, i always hated the factory what ever you called it.

yeah i noticed it was off once i saw the picture.

I'm going to have to cut more of the plastic to sink it in. I'll do that this weekend and get a new picture up.

without sinking it in it looks like the gauge is just sitting in a hole, good spot but needs alittle fixin.
