Nice! Also where did you get it?? I see Jegs has that wheel listed, but the picture looks funny on their website. Doesnt look as nice as what you have pictured...but I guess it could just be their picture.

Its a thridgen...but here is mine anyway. Just a cheapo Autozone special. Its also a few years old. It has a custom horn button that I made from an older firebird horn button.

I'm not sure, and I hope not to find out, but my Air Bag light is not on. I used two resistors to turn it off.

It is not that hard to do. Most of the work is modifying the installation kit to make it fit. I have it set up so that I still have the wires for the air bag and steering wheel radio controls, I can go back to stock easily.

The part number for my wheel is 1080. http://www.grantproducts.com/pc-178-...-gt-model.aspx
I actually found this wheel on ebay really cheap. Summit lists this wheel @ $200. I got it for $100.

Nice... Thanks for the part number. I couldnt find it on Grants site for some reason until you linked to it.

Wow, if you got that for 100 new, you got a good deal. Advance Auto lists it at 292, and I only found one on ebay for 199. Unless my search string is messing me up.

Im gonna keep my eye open, my old pilot wheel is wearing down as you can see.

eh, I wouldn't change it out unless its a track type car with rollbar, 5 point harness, racing seat. Never know when you might need that airbag.

That's why I'd get a harness when I pull the airbag out.
