Default MadIce, look at these darkened Camaro lights

Courtesy of Photoshop! This is the grille I ordered from SLP, but I blacked out the background part of it. Then I darkened the inside of the headlights like on MadIce's car. I think this looks mean!

Darkened headlights and grille:

The headlights will look pretty good once you actually do it . It makes the car more agressive (reason I did it). I also like the idea of making the back part of the grille black, which shouldn't be to hard to paint if you wanted to do it yourself.

I'm really liking that combo if you do both things because the headlights, grille, and the black center scoop will all go together good and still keep the look of the car possibly comming from the factory like that

I don't like the grill. I think it makes it look too much like a mouth.

That looks great! Do it all. Great combo of custom stuff, that (as MADICE said) will make people say, "Did it come from the factory that way?"

Awesome.

The grille looks pimp! I'm surprised no one has done that yet. You MUST do that.

One last comment...Tony is a sick, sick man. He's only had the SS for a few days and he's already mapping out mods. I like it!

Probably $120 or so. Because you figure cost of paint, takes a few hrs to take apart, and then shippng.

I wouldnt remove those center parts of your SLP SS grill. Cause after you remove that then your gonna see that ugly foam behind it.

Yea pretty much, but it takes a lot of work taking them apart and then you need to prep it really good and then mask everything off or you'll get overspray in area's you don't want the paint. Just tring to make a profit. I think whistler charges 170ish for the ones he did?

Not planning on removing any parts of the grille. Just going to cover the middle area with semi-black vinyl decal material, to match the part on the hood scoop. That way I can always pull it off if I don't like it.
