possible to strip paint over powdercoating??

Default possible to strip paint over powdercoating??
Kind of an odd question.....

I bought a set of rims that were powdercoated black, then painted over with silver

Is there a way to strip the paint off without messing up the powdercoating underneath?

paint stripper should do the trick. There is a special stripper that takes off powdercoating. I work at a powdercoating place.
