whats the easiest way to fix this? Should i just get a new steering wheel or should i get it wrapped with leather at a upholstery shop?

How far has it cracked? Is it just the leather that is looking old and showing small cracks or is it bigger/deeper than that? If its just small cracks in the leather, you can recover the wheel yourself (Afterthoughts Auto has some) or send it out to be recovered. If the cracks are bigger/deeper, then its a structural issue and the steering wheel needs to be replaced.

Yeah just small cuts, almost like razor cuts.

^^send it out to be recovered....or take it to a shop like you mentioned, steering wheel covers are alright, but dont look as good as stock, so I would just get it re-leathered if I were you
