word of advice... do both of them at the same time...
when i had one burn out i decided to do both and it was the best decision i could have made.... for one then you know the lights will look the same, one won't be brighter than the other and they really are kind of a PITA to do, with having to pull down the rock guard and what not, might as well do them both at the same time and save yourself the extra headache...
heres a how to on how to change the fog lights to a different style... i used it for changing the bulbs since all the first steps are the same... i had to remove the assemblies to get the bulb out, you may not have to, depends on the size of your hands and how agile you are..

i was able to do the car without jacking it up... it was in my garage and theres about a 1/2 inch gap between the garage floor and the driveway (garage floor is higher) so i drove the car as far to the front of the garage as possible so the wheels were right at that gap, and then was able to just lay on the ground under it...
