Default Cost to buff a small section?

My ss is black and sucks to keep clean, as you all know. I was wanting to know how about much it cost's to buff a small section of the car. The paint by the front and rear wheels and under the doors have small white specs that kind of look like dirt but does not come off when you wash it. I think this is caused by the rocks the wheels kick up and hit the paint.
