Default Z28/SS photoshoot

Me and my cousin snapped a few pics of the rides yesterday. Nothing too special, our cars werent even properly cleaned. He just got his SS 2 weeks ago.

A little info on the cars

2002 Z28
Auto (2.73 gears), 3600 high stall, LTs/ORY, some bolt ons and free mods
13.3 @ 101 at a DA of 4,200 ft in Roswell, NM. That was my last time with just the stall and cutout. New times with the headers and all that will be coming soon.

2001 SS
6 speed BONE stock. Lid/cutout are in the mail
No idea what it will run at this god forsaken altitude. 13.9 if he knows how to drive it with some weight reduction. Albuquerque generally sees DAs of 6000-8000 ft.

The next photoshoot will take place in a few weeks. By then my cowl hood will be done and I'll also include the wifes red WS6.

Anyway, heres a link to the pics. All were taken by my cousin.

An orbital buffer like the Porter & Cable with an orange pad may work along with some 3m fine cut rubbing compound. I used that to get overspray that was on my hood.

Yeah I noticed that. Its worse if you look close. Like I said, we didnt even have em washed. First time I ever took pics of the Z with another car. Eh, I cant wait for the next one with the WS6 and new hood and all that.

You oughta see the wind down here the past few days :/

!Isolators/heater hose.

I hate how water runs out the taillight and hatch area. Thats usually the reason I end up washing the car. When I wash it, I blow the water out as best I can, then take off hard and wipe it off as best I can with a chamois.
