Default Help, need P/N

When installing my leather I striped the passenger side bolt that holds the lever of the back panel to the car. The hole in the back panel also looks fugged so I will probably need a tap, anyone know what size? More importantly I need the p/n for the hinge thingy I broke, this sucks.

Sorry - I do not understand what you are asking for.

Is this on the front seat or the back seat?

It's for the back seat. Passenger side. When you pull down on this lever(and the drivers side one too), it releases the back seat panel from the car so it can swing down and lay flat. The lever is black, and is attached to the side of the back seat, located approximately 5"'s from the top. The lever seems to be all encompassed as a single assembly, I striped the bolt and can not replace it. I need the p/n for the whole thing.
thanks

Well, the latch is not broken, and by looking at it, I dont see how one could remove that bolt and replace it, there is a spring in the middle holding it all together!
Any ideas?
thanks!
