It wont be gloss or semi gloss, it is what comes from the car from the factory... So i guess you could say semi gloss then? A body shop is doing it with WA 8555 paint code...

ok then what would be a fair price to remove the bumper, prep surface for paint, paint bumper, clear bumper, then reinstall bumper?

eMost people who do it themselves don't take it off, nor do they clear the whole thing afterwards.

So they get by with $16 in rattle-cans, masking tape & old newspaper!

I don't think it's too much for a professional job.
I'm sure it'll be money well-spent when complete!
And you don't have to get dirty doing it!

Why didnt you do it yourself? Ive never seen a home made CETA in person so i cant say how they look. Is it really worth the extra cash to have it done at a body shop? Im not trying to knock you for spendin extra money but just curious ;-)

Not a bad deal, i ended up doing mine on my own but checked out a few shops before. The thing that pissed me off about she shops was them saying... " now why would you want to do that" I was like WTF do you want my money or what retards. Almost 2 years later and my rattle can CETA is looking good as new.

Its going to look **** on your car torchd

I dont want to risk getting streaks, fish eye (orange peel).

Being done at a body shop it will be done right with good quality paint, plus it will have a warranty

i also know how to use a spray gun and all but decided not to use one.
its just flat black anyway. any rattle can paint will do the job.
