Ram air hood mounts leaving defects?

Ram air hood mounts leaving defects? Has anyone else had any problems with the mounts on your ram air hood leaving visual 'sink' marks in the paint? I have had my car for about a year and there are two 1/4" circles that appear to be pushing through the hood, just above the hood mounts. I am wondering if this is a widespread problem or just a freak case...
