will the dash fit in a camaro and is it a direct bolt on? any modding needed? thanks

I've seen it done on a 3rd-gen. My guess is that you could do it.

Should fit, no problem. I'm 99.9% sure it would. It's not hard, just tedious disconnecting everything.

Well, being the bezel's fit over from the TAs to the 'camaro, i dont see why the other stuff wouldnt.

I like the layout of the Firebird/Trans Am dash better than the Camaro too. Please post some pictures once you've got the new panel installed. Sounds like a cool project.

Keep us updated. I've seen a local guy with a ta dash but didn't ask about it. I'd like to do it over the winter. The center ducts make nice gauge pods.

Saw one on LS1.com Was a sweet looking mod. The post shows some mod to the vent area next to the door (I believe) but nothing major. Might try it myself one day. Lrts see some pics
