Default Headlamp Problem Need Help!!!!

I have these halogen headlamps. I tried to remove the black piece inside that projects them together. I accidentally broke that piece off and now it fell inside the assembly. Can anyone help me? I need to try and remove the front piece to get inside.

You're going to need to remove the lens. Check the stickies on instructions on how to do this

He said check the stickies on the site.

If you don't want to do that, follow my crappy instructions.

-Take your headlights and throw them in the oven until they come apart.

But I highly recommend checking the stickies for proper time and what not.
