Impala 1970: TH 350 long or short neck? Hi,
does an Impala 1970 have an TH 350 with a long or short or medium housing?
How can I distinguish them?

The Impalas came with the long tailshaft on the th-350. If I remember correctly Long= 9" and Short=4", short tailshafts came in chevelles, novas, the smaller guys. I did the swap into my '67 and I used the 9" with no problems.
