Messed up Tranny A4?

Messed up Tranny A4? Well I just put a magna charger on my 97 vette A4 and it shifted fine then I was really gettin on the throttle and it started acting wierd all it does is wine out until you play with the throttle and it shifts from first to like third my second disapeared. I put it in low one then to low 2 and it wont shift what would cause this? is the 2 gear messed up? it still drives goes in and out of park into reverse then into drive fine but wont shift to second and I had my friend with his laptop come over and check for codes none. So it has to be something internally wrong right? any advice help is much appreciated...
