Default help tranny trouble

I am a rookie with transmissions please excuse my inexperience and help me out.
My stock 4l60e in the 2000 SS in my sig started hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift so I installed a transgo shift kit. Took it to the track and now it hits the rev limiter in every gear and won't go into gear at wot. shifts ok when not at wot...Is my tranny gone or could it be something simple? Thanks for any advice.

thanks...I had Geoff at Thunder Racing to tune it for me so I will have to check with him to see what the shift points are set at.
