What tranny should i go with
This is what i have , 1989 mustang notch , was 2850lbs with the cast block and bigger k member so should be 2600-2700 lbs now. Its a driver but not alot, some track use, should be around 350-370 rwhp for now, maybe 400's later down the road.
I really want overdrive but i hate trannys that you need to play with line pressure at the thottle body, maybe if i could use a valve body that doesnt need that .
4l60e
4l80e
th350
what would you use and id there a way to get overdrive and not have the TV cable or what ever it is.

what does this do , TCI or Compushift controller
ive had bad luck with the 200r4 in my grandnational.
i was thinking about the 4l60e but my brother went threw 4 of these with his 94 lt1 that was close to stock. I was told the ones that came in the ls1 cars are better and can be found cheap. With the car pretty light i thought it might hold up better then the f bodys
