RPM related? and not speed? Will it do it sitting in neutral? I have a similar ''vibration like'' Whoom,Whoom sound that seems to follow rpm. Drive me nutz. But i have a th350 setup.

whoom , Unfortunatley without hearing it that would be a hard one to say.
Perhaps if its very audible make a video tape and post it.

sounds like tire noise, get to the speed that it is the loudest and put it in neutral. if it is sire noise it will still be there, you can also kill the engine and "Coast" and rule out the engine.
