Question B&M tranny cooler install

Anybody know if the B&M tranny coolers are a direct replacement for the sock one or do they require new fittings and brackets to mount? All the sites i have looked at for buying one dont explain it.

An aftermarket transmission cooler is typically mounted after the stock unit, which is in the radiator.
For all I know, there would be no 'direct replacement'.

I have a B&M with a fan, and my mechanic had to make a bracket in order to properly mount it. I'm sure with any cooler, some sort of strong mounting support will be needed.

That is the one I always recommend! If you need help installing it, let me know as I have installed several of these things.
