Default Problems w/ tranny(4l60E)

Just needed some input on what im looking at. My tranny went out and have no clue would it could be. Just did a H/C swap. But the car hasnt moved in a couple of years. but when it was at the shop i had them do a flush and service the trans fluid. The problem is the car would jerk going into 2nd gear and i can hear the tires hopping. i tried to manually go thru the gears then when i put into 2nd gear it would still jerk. When i drove back home the fluid was leaking from where the trans dip stick go into the trans. I looked at it and it looks like it wasnt completely seated in there. i dunno if that could cuz a problem. But it worked fine until i was pulling out of my bro's house just cruising. Any ideas what it could be?

well i just took the car for a spin. I didnt get no SES codes other than p0134(02) 2nd went in o.k. Each drive it did something different. The first time i took it out it did fine no problems nor leaks just some clunking noises and sharttering. 2nd time i got on it a lil and when i would do a complete stop the car wouldnt move unless i manually put it into 1st or 2nd. 3rd time it did all of the things it the first couple of drives but this time when i would move the car felt like it was on the brakes or E-brake. But once the car would go the car ran fine still locks up at 37mph. Any clues? hope this is clear enuff

Could be because TCM applies full line pressue at low speed /TPS%. I'm just guessing anyway.

I would check the servo also. might be not releasing/engaging band properly. I had my old transmission slipping in 3rd because the band was not fully released due to bad trans go install by me.
