Default Need help 4l60e

My transmission bounces off of the rev limiter from 1-2 and then from 2-3 but only if under full throttle if I let off it will shift. When it shifts to second I can put it back to full throttle and it will stay in second and pull until it hits the limiter shifting to third. Then once its in third I can not put it to the floor at all because it will shift back to second. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds like tuning issues , Have you done any mods recently?
CAM?
HEADS?
STALL?
REAR END?

i changed from 2.73s to 3.42s and recently had it programed for the change and it started doing this the next day. I have an appointment for the guy to look at it again and see if its something he did. I just wanted to double check and see if it could be something else.

Some times though I am not a tuner it is nessary to change the shift rpm and MPH to accomodate the increased rate of RPM increase caused by the gear change. Though in general sounds like you need your shift point ajusted all around if its downshifting back to second when you floor it at any high speed. I would say tuning is the issue here.
