Default bad tranny?

i have an 01 SS with the stock tranny, and for the past few weeks ive been hearing a sound like a chain pulling when ever i press on the gas, and also like a hiss of wind.should i be worried or just admitt im a retard?

yea i know i suck,its an auto and also when i press on the gas every time it drives smooth for a second then feels like it downshifts. my buddy said he thinks it could be the tq con. but idk.

Rev it up in neutral and drop it into drive a few times, that will clear it up

The torque arm and mount are a good place to start
