Default Who has sent a Vigilante back for clean/restall?

And how long did it take?

I tried getting a hold of someone there for information today with no luck, they have had it a week so far without even a call to say they got it.

I sent mine in a few months ago, I mailed it out and it got to them on a friday and I had it back by the 2nd monday.. So It took them around 6-7 business days to get it back to me...
I ended up calling them because I was thinking like you are and thought they would end up calling me or something but they didnt..

They pretty much get it, do what has to be done to it providing you sent them instructions and ship it right back out to you..
They can tell everything about the converter, date it was made, who it was ordered through, who was the buyer, stall ect,ect..
Just by reading the serial number on the converter, they keep good records..

Nice! Well this converter was already in once for its free restall/clean (By previous owner) so I will be paying them for this.

I will be trying to contact them again today.

I talked to someone Friday, the lady I was supp to talk to was out of town, and he told me he left a note for her and she would call me today.

Of course no call.

I am starting to get pissed here, all I want to know is when to expect it to be shipped back and this is day 4 of trying to make contact with someone who knows whats goin on there.

I mailed mine on a Friday. They called me the next Thursday, shipped it Friday and I had it back on Tuesday. So a week and a half total time including time in shipment. It was about $250 with the shipping back.

Yeah my convertor should be back tommorow! Funny thing is the people at Precision industries were able to tell me that the Vig 2800 that I bought
from Livernois Motorsports and had installed by them was a Vig 2800 for an Ls1 turbo car! I been driving around for 4 years with a convertor made for a turbo car! Thanks alot livernois!

I sent one for a clean/repair and got it back in a week. It was freshly painted like new and came with new bolts. They were very friendly over the phone and very helpful.
