my 93 truck with 350cid (built late 92) with 4L60E trans, will a 94 4L60E fit and if so what do I need to do to make it work without any problems, will it bolt directly to my 350 motor and all linkage etc. work without modification?? thanks for replies.

They are a direct swap as long as both are either 2wd or 4x4

No issues with the computer, You will note with the 4.3 unit you may only be able to use 2 or the 4 converter dust cover bolts. No biggie the ears are cut off on the s10 and 15 series unit for clearance. This may not be true of the full size 4.3 truck not sure but in either case no issue.
