Default TH 400 Linkage Adjustment

What's proper way to adjust linkage (cable driven) on a TH 400? Just did the swap and need help w/ adjusting the linkage. Tranny is a RMVB.

Adjust it to where 2nd and 3rd gear are dead on.

you should have it fit in all postions, sometimes you gotta tweak it bet park and 1st-if the cable is hooked up wrong on like a B&M ratchet shifter (at the shifter) it will never adjust.
