You can use
4L80E $$$$$$ Very strong with overdrive but as the $ say
4l60e $$$ Very can be built strong resonably priced OD
700r4 $$$ same as the 4L60E
2004r $$$$$ Can be built strong but hard parts expensive
400 $$-$ Builds cheap enough but -$ you pay for it in gas no overdrive or lockup
350 $$-$ Again builds cheap but $ gas no overdrive what you save no you will spend later over time.
M6- $$$-$ Strong trans but good clutches are expensive and hard racer and such go through them regulary.
