Default 9.52@148.95 and only the 5th pass of the Year. FLT60E!

Hey guys, wanted to share some results. Been a long winter here for us. Spent some time with Chuck this year and added a billet input and a few other goodies to my FLT65E.

Stuck with my trusty old SS3600 from Dave at Yank (over 450 passes on it now)

Truck got an 88mm turbo and an Air/Water intercooler.

First pass of the year I just rolled into it and the truck went 10.71@136 with a 1.82 sixty.

Second pass was basicly the same thing, trying to rough the tune in and make sure the Air/fuel was right. 10.80@138 2.0 sixty.

3rd pass Added some bottle to spool things. 100 shot to 6psi.
10.05@139 13psi 1.52 sixty.

4th pass. I left the nitrous on the whole track.
9.59@148.58 1.52 sixty. 14psi

5th and Final pass of the night. Same boost and nitrous.
9.52@148.95 1.495 sixty 14psi

Big Thanks to Chuck, Vince and Andy for the exceptional customer service and product I have grown used to over the past few years. I look very forw dumdumdum to the 2009 race season and hope to provide accurate results to the durability of FLT65E's

I also would like to thank Dave at Yank for his continued support of me and my truck!

Awesome results!! Hell of a product those guys are making...it's nice to know I'm nowhere close to the limits of my level 4. Once again, FLT continues to produce class-leading transmissions coupled with the best customer service anyone could ask for!

You've proven again that it's hard to beat an FLT/Yank combo for performance and quality!!

Congrats on your new best pass! I personally can't thank guys like you and JR enough for helping FLT's R & D program testing it's (NEW MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE 4L65/70E SERIES TRANSMISSION) Just an FYI to all LS1 tech members, FLT will be announcing the release of this new product next week so stay tuned for all the details along with special introductory pricing for the upcoming summer months.

Thanks for all the hard work on my setup Vince. Hoping to bring a slip with 150mph on it before the end of the season.

I went out June 12th and put a few more passes on the setup.

The plan was to dial in a 10.00 setup as I have intentions of running a 10.00 Index this coming weekend. Only got 4 passes in Friday

First pass. Got a little gready and tried a 150 Shot to launch, this got the turbo lit way to fast and nuked the tires pretty good.
Resulted in an 11.38@138

Second pass I went back to a 100 shot to leave.
9.84@141 with a 1.46 Sixty foot

Third pass used a 75 shot to launch
9.95@141 with a 1.48 Sixty

Fourth pass only a 50 shot to launch.
10.21@141 1.64 Sixty

Nitrous was setup to shut off at 6psi via the boost refrenced controller on all passes.

My hats off to the guys at FLT for a solid transmission.

Here is the only video from Friday unfortunatly the 11.38 pass. The bog going into 3rd was an overly rich tuneup. And also why the truck only went 138 vs 141 on the rest of the passes.

Here are a few passes from last friday. Trans has 53 passes on it now this year.

working on a 10.00 tuneup so I can do some index racing

Good race with a friend. This car is a 395" Small block all motor 8500rpm!!! And to top it off its a stick. I was able to run him down but he still got me at the line by .010 seconds. He did go red though LOL

Here's a solo pass.

As always big thanks to FLT and Yank
