Default stall question.

when i order my new stall, how do i know if i want "lockup" or not.

it depends on if you daily drive your car. Lockup helps tremendously on the highway. if it's a track only car it's really a feature you won't be needing, unless you just cruise down the last half of the strip and want better mpg.

also, I'm not entirely sure on this, but I think lockup stalls sap a little bit more power. (that could be all bs though, it's been a while.)

As a corollary to what Jassick stated:
If it is a track-only car, you don't care.
If you drive it on the street, you absolutely want a lockup converter. It saves fuel and runs cooler b/c the converter is not slipping all the time.
