TH400 swap shifting early, help!!!
I ran my LQ4/Th400 swap 1990 Firebird last night for the first time. Its shifting at 54-5600 rpm. My cam is making peak power around 6200.
Im missing about 10mph on my trap speeds in the 1/4 mile, Im trapping 108-109, I should be trapping near 120mph. Its a Head/Cam/Fast92/92 setup. Would a governor spring swap help find my missing mph???

I sure hope so!! The tune seems right on par as far as timing, air/fuel ratio. It sucks being down mph lol. Do you guys think recalibrating the governor can alter flash stall rpm's?
I flashed 5100rpm on the dyno last week during tuning. Its a 4400 Stall Vigilante. The car weighs around 3500-3600 lbs with myself in it. Its a 10 bolt, 3.23 rear end with a 26" tall drag radial.
