Default How many use their stock M6 crossmember with A3

I am looking at going with a A3 here and was doing some searching on the crossmembers in the M6 cars that can be used with a Th-400.

For people that have done this- is it worth it or would you buy the BMR piece. The tranny in question is a short tail if that matters.

no one has an opinion on this- why or why not to use the BMR unit.

Im in the middle of a M6 to T400 swap. I bought the UMI crossmember. Not saying there is anything wrong with the BMR, but UMI IMO is outstanding quality at good prices.

BMR is also at 25% off right now, so thats why I am looking at them, as well as I can pick it up to save on shipping.

the m6 piece worked perfect with my car as I got it for free. Messing with a friends premade one for a 400 it didnt fit as well as I would want it to.

m6 piece works perfect.

PM me your order #, and what issue you had and I will see what can be done.

You can use the 6-speed cross member the height difference is 3/4".

I ordered it today as well as a K-member. good doing business with you.

Hope it fits. Everyone around here says that they work perfect and are better than using the t-56 crossmember. I guess we will see in a week or two.
