Default Good transmission companys???

OK so of course i blew my transmission. It was a 4l60e and need a new trans but don't know what company to go with? I was looking at Monster Transmissions then read so bad things on them blowing. So now i am not sure what company to go with. I'm looking at performance built transmission but want to hear some peoples experiences with them or other good company's. The car just has bolt on and I'm going to go with a yank 3200 stall.
Thanks Ray

And the warranty means a lot to me. I don't want to spend a couple grand and something happens and I'm f***ed. So if they don't back there work with a good warranty i don't want it.

I will say that any of the performance transmission builders here in his forum can build you and excellent unit. That said I will also say we do offer the longest warranty as far as I am aware.

I did see the 1 year warranty and the 2 year with a stall. But why the 2 year with a stall. I am going to buy a yank witch is I'm sure just as good as yous stall. And if i do a 3200 stall does that void your warranty?
Thanks, Ray

Im running a Performabuilt Level 2 with their 4k stall, and LOVE it!

On a side note, i wouldnt hesitate to run just about any of the sponsors builds.

Call Vince at FLT...he's running a special right now which always helps. On top of that, they run a hell of a refresh special for as long as you own the tranny. Their trannies are quality in every way and IMO the strongest on the market. Lots of folks running ridiculous times with FLT units.

It would not void the warranty just reduce it to 1yr still twice the others I am aware of.
As for the reasoning its actually a matter of simplicity and marketing.

1-WARRANTING our TRANS/CONVERTER is simple for us if theres any issues there are no outside parties involved. Its only us and the customer, If if fails then we know whos handling it reguardless of the cause US.

2-Marketing well thats self explanitory really you make more money of you sell two items than if you sell one, The warranty is the puch to sell two items.

But in the case of the 1 year warranty its still double most I am aware of .

Also we have a restore deal that goes beyond that-After the warranty period you pay only $950 and we go back through the unit parts. labor and shipping both ways included and give you a whole new warranty just as if you bought the trans new again.

All of which I think is a great deal , of course I am biased but to me at least its almost a no brainer.
