Question Transmission dip stick tube problem

So as I was pulling my passenger side cylinder head, I didn't realize the transmission dipstick tube was bolted behind it. When I lifted the head, the tube came up out of the transmission with it and about 2 quarts of atf spilled out on the ground from the hole it mounts in. Can I put this thing back in or am I going to need to replace a seal or grommet? It looks like the tube is still in one piece.
