Default Vibration in Gas Paddle

I'm getting a very strange vibration from my gas paddle from time to time. This happen after a I had a sponsor built 3200 stall put in my car, the car is totally awesome shifting wise and I love it but the vibration in the gas paddle feels different and I do not want to damage my trans or new stall. Any ideas would be greatful.

Did you replace the trans mount during the install by chance?

I did not replace the trans mount, any other ideas would be greatly appreciatied. The car runs and shifts great just that vibration in the paddle is driving nuts. Thanks for your reply.

not sure what kind of car you have, but if the converter is locking up to soon,
it could give you the impression of a vibration, when its actually lugging,
pulling down the engine, but i may be way off base
not sure if you need those things tuned after converter swaps, depending on what type of trans you have

I have a 2000 formula and it has the 4L60e trans, thanks for your thoughts. I'm very happy with the stall and shifting, I just don't want brake anything caused by the vibration.
