Default Time for Restall Maybe?

Well, I have a 2000 Z28 with usual bolt ons, ms3 cam, 3.73 gears, 3600 stall, hsw wet plate kit set at 125 but i plan to go much more. My question is what converter and stallspeed can you recommend that will work well with the spray because i know the ms3 likes a lot of stall speed, but i want everything to work well on spray especially. I haven't been able to run yet with the cam and gears but before they were installed the car was running 7.69 to 7.70 on motor and 7.0s on the 125 shot before the cam and gears. Let me know what you guys think. should i just leave it alone for a while or what?
